The transport of your package
Packages are generally dispatched within 48 working hours of receiving your payment.
- For mainland France, Andorra, and Monaco, delivery is free from € 59 of purchases and € 4.95 if less than € 59 of purchases. The standard shipping method is "Colissimo with tracking", and a tracking number is communicated to you upon shipment. Delivery time 2 to 3 working days (indicative post office delay)
- For shipments overseas (Guadeloupe, Guyana, Martinique, Réunion, Mayotte, Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon), delivery is free from € 150 of purchases and € 15 if less of 150 € of purchases. The shipping method is "Colissimo Outre-mer". The package is tracked from deposit to delivery to the recipient's address, a tracking number is communicated to you upon shipment. Delivery time 5 to 7 working days (indicative post office delay)
- For other countries, the shipping method is "Colissimo International". The package is delivered against signature to the recipient's address. If his letterbox cannot contain the package, everything is planned: a calling card is left there. It indicates the coordinates of the post office where to collect the parcel. The recipient then has 15 consecutive days to collect it. Beyond this period, the package is returned to us.
Shipping costs abroad
Colissimo International:
- Europe Zone 1 and 2: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Spain, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Switzerland: € 10.00 - delay: 3 to 6 days
- Other countries of Europe: € 16.00 - delay: 3 to 8 days
- Other countries: € 34.00 - delay: 3 to 10 days
Shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed on the order according to the shipping country.
Shipping charges include packaging, handling and postage. We advise you to group your items in one order. We can not group two distinct orders and you will have to pay postage for each of them.
For shipments outside the European Union, any taxes (local VAT, customs or import) will be charged to the arrival of parcels to and remain the responsibility of the recipient. These costs are not included in your order.
Note that if you refuse to pay these customs costs, the return price of your package will be deducted from the refund of your order. In case of return, we cannot reimburse you the costs paid at the time of delivery.
